Searching Shipments

Overview: The search functionality in Aljex allows users to quickly locate shipments using a PRO number, reference number, or other filters.

Steps to Search for a Shipment:

1. Using the Search Bar:

   • Navigate to the search bar in the top right corner of the screen.
   • Search by PRO Number:
     • Enter the PRO number into the search bar and click "Search."
     • The shipment associated with that PRO number will be displayed on the Dispatch page.
   • Search by Reference Number:
     • Enter the reference number into the search bar and click "Search."
     • All shipments containing that reference number will be listed.

2. Searching Without a PRO or Reference Number:

   • If you don't have a PRO or reference number, click on the "Shipments" menu.
   • Select "All Shipments" to view the full list.
   • Use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow down the search based on criteria such as date, status, customer, or location.

• Advanced Filtering: Find shipments even without exact reference numbers by using various filters.
