# Searching Shipments

Find shipments rapidly to display on Dispatch page.

**Overview:** The search functionality in Aljex allows users to quickly locate shipments using a PRO number, reference number, or other filters.

**Steps to Search for a Shipment:**

1. **Using the Search Bar:**
   
     - Navigate to the search bar in the top right corner of the screen.
     - **Search by PRO Number:** 
           - Enter the PRO number into the search bar and click "Search."
           - The shipment associated with that PRO number will be displayed on the Dispatch page.
     - **Search by Reference Number:** 
           - Enter the reference number into the search bar and click "Search."
           - All shipments containing that reference number will be listed.
2. **Searching Without a PRO or Reference Number:**
   
     - If you don't have a PRO or reference number, click on the "Shipments" menu.
     - Select "All Shipments" to view the full list.
     - Use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow down the search based on criteria such as date, status, customer, or location.
