Repeat Shipments

Overview: The Repeat Shipment feature allows you to duplicate a shipment directly from the dispatch page, enabling efficient management of recurring shipments.

Steps to Create a Repeat Shipment:

1. Access the Repeat Option:

   • Navigate to the dispatch page.
   • At the bottom of the screen, locate and select the "Repeat" button.

2. Configure Repeat Settings:

   • Number of Repeats: Choose how many times you want to repeat the shipment.
   • Start Date: Select the starting date for the repeated shipments.
   • Frequency: Define how often the shipment should be repeated (e.g., daily, weekly).

3. Carrier Information:

   • Copy Carrier Details: You can choose to copy the carrier information from the original shipment.
   • Assign New Carrier: Alternatively, you can assign a different carrier directly from this screen.
   • Note: Assigning a carrier is optional; you can proceed without assigning one.

4. Rate Options:

   • Copy Line Haul Rates: Select this option if you want to carry over the original line haul rates.
   • Copy Accessorial Rates: You can also opt to copy accessorial rates from the original shipment.
   • Deselecting Rates: If you do not want to copy these rates, simply deselect the corresponding options.

5. Finalize the Repeat Shipment:

   • After configuring your options, click "Confirm" to create the repeated shipments.

This process allows you to efficiently manage recurring shipments, saving time and ensuring consistency across similar shipments.
