Pickup Module
Enter details of a pickup location for a load.
Overview: The Pickup Module allows users to enter the initial pickup location for a shipment, including essential details such as address, contact information, and scheduling.
Steps to Use the Pickup Module:

Entering the Pickup Location:
- Begin by typing the name of the pickup location in the provided field.
- As you type, a dropdown list will appear, displaying locations from the Customer File.
- The dropdown pulls customers based on their status, showing active ("Y" status) customers.

Adding a New Location:
- If the desired location is not already in the Customer File, click the pencil icon on the right side to convert the field into a free-form entry.
- Enter the following details for the new location:
- Customer Name
- Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
- Contact Information (Name, Phone Number, Email)
- Hours of Operation
- Reference Numbers: These will be displayed on the rate confirmation.

Setting Pickup Dates and Times:
- Ready Date and Time: If known, enter the ready date and time for the shipment.
- Pickup Window:
- For an arranged pickup, enter the start and end times.
- If the pickup is a strict appointment, switch to "Fixed" and enter the specific appointment time.

Adding Notes:
- At the bottom of the module, there is a "Notes" field.
- Enter any location-specific notes here, which will also appear on the rate confirmation.
