Highlight Colors
Change global colors for your user interface.
Highlight Colors Configuration (Admin Only)
Overview:
Highlight colors are used to visually differentiate various statuses and exceptions in the system. These settings are global, meaning changes will affect all users within your system.
Accessing Global Settings:
- Navigate to the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on the gear icon and select Global Settings from the dropdown menu.
Configuring Highlight Colors:
- In the Global Settings menu, select Highlight Colors.
- You will see a list of shipment statuses and exceptions that can be customized with colors.
Shipment Statuses:
- Open Loads: Currently displayed in red.
- Covered Loads: Currently displayed in yellow.
To Change Colors:
- Click on the color swatch next to the status you wish to change.
- Select the desired color from the color picker.
- Example: Change open loads to green by selecting the green color from the color picker.
Row Coloring Options:
- Full Row: Applies color to the entire row.
- Status Only: Applies color only to the status text.
Exception Colors:
- Exceptions include detention checks, missed appointments, missed check calls, blank appointments, no signature on confirmations, hot loads, events, or high-risk loads.
To Configure Exception Colors:
- Choose whether to highlight text only or text background.
- Click on the color swatch next to the exception type.
- Select the desired color for highlighting.
Examples:
- Events: Currently highlighted in pink with text only.
Note: All changes will be reflected on both the active and all shipments pages.
