Batch Tasking

Overview: Batch Tasking is a powerful tool designed to increase productivity by allowing you to update up to nine loads simultaneously from your home screen.

Steps to Use Batch Tasking:

1. Select Loads to Update:

   • From your home screen, select up to nine loads you wish to update.
   • Note: If you select more than nine loads, an error message will appear.

2. Initiate Batch Tasking:

   • After selecting the desired loads, click the "Batch Task" button located at the bottom right of your screen.

3. Choose a Task:

   • In the Batch Task menu, you will see a list of tasks you can perform, including:
     • Covering and Cover Voiding
     • Releasing Loads
     • Updating Rates
     • Updating Roles
     • Generating CCVs (Carrier Confirmation and Validation)
     • Uploading Documents
   • Select the task you want to proceed with.

4. Complete the Task:

   • A pop-up screen specific to the selected task will appear.
   • Update the necessary fields in the pop-up screen and confirm your actions.
   • After completing the updates, you will receive feedback indicating whether the task was successful or if there were any errors.

Important Notes:

• Task Limits: Ensure you do not select more than nine loads at a time to avoid errors.
• Feedback: Pay attention to the success or error messages to understand if and why a task was not completed.

Batch Tasking streamlines the process of managing multiple loads, helping you maintain efficiency and accuracy in your operations.
